2017年4月12日，歐盟委員會發布公告稱，應代表草酸（oxalic acid）產量占歐盟內同類產品總產量50%以上的歐盟生產商Oxaquim S.A.于2017年1月18日提交的申請，對進口自或原產于中國和印度的草酸啟動反傾銷日落復審立案調查。涉案產品歐盟CN編美國亞什蘭 碼為ex 2917 11 00 (TARIC 編碼為 2917 11 00 91)。本次日落復審調查期為2016年4月1日~2017年3月31日，產業損害分析期為2013年1月1日~2017年3月31日。

　　2011年1月26日，歐盟對進口自或原產于中國和印度的草酸啟動反傾銷立案調查。2012年4月18日，歐盟對原產于中國和印度的草酸作出反傾銷終裁，征收14.6~52.2%的反傾銷稅。

EU initiates anti-dumping sunset review on oxalic acid

On January 26, 2011, the EU initiated an anti-dumping investigation on oxalic acid imported from or originating in China and India. On April 18, 2012, the EU imposed the final anti-dumping duties on oxalic acid originating in China and India and imposed anti-dumping duties ranging from 14.6% to 52.2%.
