凱茵化工訊 據土庫曼斯坦國家通訊社6月23日報道，土內閣主管油氣的副總理巴巴耶夫向政府提交了關于未來10年大力開發土天然氣化工行業的規劃草案。

　　草案提出在列巴普州巴加扎凝析氣田建立天然氣加工和液化天然氣生產廠，并在此基礎上建設年產丁二烯—苯乙烯橡膠8萬噸和聚苯乙烯4.5萬噸的天然氣化學綜合體。

　　草案計劃在位于達紹古茲州伊利亞雷氣體壓縮機廠附近的中央卡拉庫姆油氣田實施大型投資項目。在該項目框架下，建設天然氣年加工能力20億立方米和液化天然氣年產量7萬噸的廠。未來，該廠預期低密度聚乙烯年產量可達20萬噸。

　　另外，草案還提出在巴爾坎州基揚雷鎮建造年產線性低密度聚乙烯20萬噸、聚丙烯39萬噸、聚氯乙烯10萬噸、液化天然氣1萬噸、苛性鈉8.2萬噸和鹽酸1萬噸的天然氣化學綜合體。該廠計劃每年加工處粉塵抑制劑理15億立方米天然氣和11.7萬噸工業鹽。

　　據專家預測，到2030年，土國內95號汽油和柴油的需求量將增長兩倍。因此，需要研究系列措施，進一步提高土庫曼巴希石油加工綜合體和謝津煉油廠的油氣加工處理能力。

Soil proposed natural gas chemical industry 10-year development plan

According to Turkmenistan's State News Agency, Turkmenistan's State News Agency reported on June 23 that the Turkish cabinet's deputy prime minister Babayev submitted to the government a draft plan for vigorously developing the natural gas chemical industry over the next 10 years.

The draft proposed that a natural gas processing and liquefied natural gas production plant be established in the Bagazar condensate gas field in Lebanon, and on this basis, an annual output of 80,000 tons of butadiene-styrene rubber and polybenzene Ethylene 45,000 tons of natural gas chemical complex.

The draft plans to implement a large-scale investment project in the central Karakum oil and gas field near the Iliya gas compressor plant in Daskooguz. Under the framework of this project, we will build a factory with an annual processing capacity of 2 billion cubic meters of natural gas and an annual output of 70,000 tons of liquefied natural gas. In the future, the plant expects annual output of low-density polyethylene to reach 200,000 tons. In addition, the draft also proposed to build an annual output of 200,000 tons of linear low-density polyethylene, 390,000 tons of polypropylene, 100,000 tons of polyvinyl chloride and 10,000 tons of liquefied natural gas in the town of Chyangliu, Balkan, 82,000 tons of caustic soda and 10,000 tons of hydrochloric acid natural gas chemical complex. The plant plans to process 1.5 billion cubic meters of natural gas and 117,000 tons of industrial salt annually. According to experts, by the year 2030, the demand for gasoline and diesel oil No. 95 in the Turkish mainland will trip up. Therefore, there is a need to study a series of measures to further improve the oil and gas processing capacity of the Turkmenbashi Petrochemical Complex and the Xiejin Refinery.
