凱茵化工訊 據烴加工在線得州歐文8月8日消息，美國工程建設巨頭福陸公司宣布，馬來西亞國家石油公司Petronas旗下馬國油煉油和石化公司已經將新建異壬醇裝置的工程、采購和建設管理(EPCM)合同授予了福陸公司。該裝置將位于馬來西亞柔佛州的邊佳蘭。

　　該項目是馬國油煉油和石化一體化開發(RAPID)項目的一部美國卡博特色素碳黑DL3 原裝進口分。福陸和德西尼布已經組成財團為這個RAPID項目提供項目管理咨詢服務以及公用工程、內部連接和場外項目的EPCM承包商。

　　該新建裝置設計年產25萬噸的異壬醇，預計在2019年建成投產。

Fluor won the new isononanol plant contract with Malaysia Oil

August 12, 2007, the U.S. construction giant Fluor Corporation announced that Petronas Petronas, the Malaysian national oil company, has already built a new isononanol unit Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) contract was awarded to Fluor Corporation. The device will be located in Jojoba, Johor, Malaysia.

This project is part of the RAPID project of the Malaysian Refining and Petrochemical Complex. Fluor and Desi Nib have formed an EPCM contractor for the consortium to provide project management consulting services and utilities, inter-connections and off-site projects for this RAPID project.

The new plant is designed to produce 250,000 tons of isononyl alcohol annually and is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2019.
