凱茵化工訊 10月30日，商務部發布公告對原產于美國、沙特阿拉伯、馬來西亞和泰國的進口乙醇胺進行反傾銷立案調查。本次調查確定的傾銷調查期為2016年7月1日至2017年6月30日，產業損害調查期為2014年1月1日至2017年6月30日。

　　2017年9月28日商務部收到嘉興金燕化工有限公司、湖北仙粼化工有限公司、上海撫佳精細化工有限公司、亞東石化(揚州)有限公司、樂天化學(嘉興)有限公司和茂名實華東成化工有限公司(以下稱申請人)代表國內乙醇胺產業正式提交的反傾銷調查申請，申請人請求對原產于美國、沙特阿拉伯、馬來西亞和泰國的進口乙醇胺進行反傾銷調查。

　　《中華人民共和國反傾銷條例》依據有關規進行了審查，決定自2DSM帝斯曼水性聚氨酯分散體NeoR017年10月30日起對原產于上述國家的進口乙醇胺進行反傾銷立案調查。

　　本次調查自2017年10月30日起開始，通常應在2018年10月30日前結束調查，特殊情況下可延長至2019年4月30日。

　　乙醇胺是一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺的總稱，主要用于生產表面活性劑、農藥及醫藥中間體、日用化工品及個人衛生用品。乙醇胺也作為原材料用以制作乳化劑、熒光增白劑VBL、煉油(酸性)氣體處理劑、水泥助磨劑、切削液、減水劑、工業防凍液、石油添加劑、皮革軟化劑、潤滑油抗腐蝕劑、防積炭添加劑等，廣泛應用于工業清洗、氣體凈化、農藥及醫藥、日用化工、紡織印染、建筑建材、金屬加工等行業。

The Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China conducted a review in accordance with relevant regulations and decided to conduct an anti-dumping investigation on imported ethanolamine originating in the above countries starting from October 30, 2017.

This survey will begin on October 30, 2017, and should normally be completed by October 30, 2018. In special cases, the survey will be extended to April 30, 2019.

Ethanolamine is a general term for monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine. It is mainly used in the production of surfactants, pesticides and pharmaceutical intermediates, daily chemicals and personal hygiene products.
