凱茵化工訊 “我們已初步建立了以生物酶法同步制取植物油脂與蛋白為特征的新一代制油技術體系,打破了國外在高端油脂和蛋白產品生產上的技術壟斷。”10日,在由中國輕工業聯合會組織的“植物油料生物解離及高值化利用關鍵技術發明與應用”項目技術鑒定會上,東北農業大學食品學院院長江連洲說。
我國是世界上好大的植物油和蛋白消費國,目前植物油的生產方式主要以機械壓榨法和溶劑浸提法為主。“機械壓榨法,是借助機械力的作用,將油脂從油料中擠壓出來,存在油脂產率低、油脂品質差、產品附加值不高等問題;溶劑浸提法,是應用化學溶劑浸泡油料提取油脂,油脂中溶劑易殘留、安全性差,同時存在能耗高、環境污染大等問題。”江連洲說。
江連洲團隊從2006年開始,歷時11年的研究,形成了具有獨創性的生物法同步制取植物油脂和蛋白關鍵技術并進行了應用,建立了具有國際先進水平的植物油料生物加工技術體系。
“我們創新發明了生物解離同步提取植物油脂和蛋白的方法,這種方法摒棄了化學溶劑,在較低溫度下,借助堿性蛋白酶、纖維素酶、果膠酶等將油脂和蛋白從油料中實現生物分離,極大地保留了油脂和蛋白的營養成分,且對環境不造成污染,綠色、安全、環保。”江連洲說。
該項目研發的新技術已在國內21家企業得到應用,其中9家企業近3年新增銷售額73221.39萬元,新增利潤8468.05萬元。更值得關注的是,該項目降低了酸堿用量,減陶氏油溶性染料藍色8A少了污水排放量,避免了化學溶劑的使用和油脂過度加工,年創造社會效益和環保效益近10億元。
10日,由中國工程院院士謝劍平擔任主任的鑒定委員會一致認為,該項目總體技術達到了國際先進水平,其中油料生物解離機制及蛋白柔性化加工理論研究、同步提取功能蛋白與皂苷等副產物高值化利用關鍵技術達到了國際優良水平。
