Now coming to India and Pakistan. India was not created out of hatred for any particular religion or out of personal ambition or for propagation of any one particular religion. India has a legacy of thousands of years of evolution of the “Sanatan” Vedic Dharma and society. India’s historical contribution to the world includes an endless list ranging across economics(Artha Shastra), Aviation (sage Kapil’s thesis on Vimanas) medicine(Ayurveda, Surgery and Yoga), geometry, Linguistics(The eternal Ramayana and Mahabharata), grammar (Panini’s grammar), democracy (loca l governance) imbibed in Vedic society, and several others, the wisdom of which the world is just beginning to realise. For example, the Vedas worshipped and protected trees such as “Ashvattha” (Peepal), “Vata”(Banyan), Mango, The Audumbar(Fig), Basil. Nowadays we have to put up special “Forest zones” for protection of trees. The Vedic way is to observe the inherent divinity in nature and stay in absolute sync with our origin which lies in nature. Yes there are problems, such as poverty (though rapidly declining) but which nation does not have problems ? is the American or British society perfect and are Americans or British happiest people in the world ? Pakistan’s only unique contribution is global terrorism. Nowadays no one is scared of terrorists. Bomb blasts have become quite routine for Indians who shrug off terror strikes and move out of their homes on the same day / next day. India is a true sovereign democratic republic growing peacefully and at its own pace, whereas Pakistan and Arguably China too are but modified versions of dictatorships. India has never has a history of being hostile towards either China / Pakistan or any country, whereas both Pakistan / China have had histories of hostility towards neighbouring countries such as Vietnam, Taiwan, Russia, Afghanistan, India etc. Both these countries attacked India first in 1948, 1962 and 1965 and 1971. India (India’s Hindu Nationalists too!) has(have) given refuge to the Dalai Lama, Buddhist faith and monuments, Jain Monks and Monuments, The Zoroastrians (Persians), the Jews and Jew temples and communities and all other faiths, peacefully since the last several decades. Pakistan has been primarily a nation for Muslims and a nation Of Muslims only. Not just that not even the muslims (Shias and Sunnis ) can live together peacefully. “Yato Dharmastato Jayah” and “Satyameva Jayate” are two statements from Mahabharat and upanishats respectively and India will always abide by Dharma and prevail to be a Global Powerhouse spreading the message of Spiritual development all over the world.

For all those who think about Pakistan having a superior military and can effectively deter any Indian aggression, ask yourself for how long..A country which can’t feed its own people and which lives on foreign aid mostly can never with stand this game of million dollar weapons for many years…besides that the political instability in Pakistan is also adding to the troubles faced by the country…I’m expecting a people’s revolution sooner or later in Pakistan where the Military keeps spending on weapons and people getting nothing out of the country..

India is about to surpass the so Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Islamic Citizens. Now why are all the terrorists from Pakistan? With india having 9 million difference in population of muslims. There’s no such thing as Jihad in our country (or is at it’s bare minimum… i don’t hear anything in the news, any source) if you’re going to kill someone to spread the religion or w/e cause, you’re a terrorist. And not ALL pakistanis are like that… i agree… your government is… don’t deny that fact because they are putting terrorist leaders in *house arrest* and letting them free after the charges have been *dropped* (and pakistani government says after full investigation, the leaders of XX terrorist groups are found not guilty. That is because your government relies on terrorism to move forward.). Really, in India…. if you’re a terrorist, you’re killed when spotted.

Don’t ever use religion as an excuse in this topic… cause it’s not. I know what Jihad is. But i’m INDIAN and have some sense so I don’t go on the streets with machine guns to murder everyone.

Proud to be Islamic Indian Hate to see our own kind’s being ruined by menial bugs like Pakistan. Yes, i’m talking about both India’s reputation and Islam’s.

Hi every one

and M Robbinson.. there is one problem with indian and pakistanis… they get offended even when they see a proven fact if it goes against them.

People learn from mistakes but Indo-Pak love to repeat them again and again.
Now let me tell few things about Kashmir
We Kashmiris living in Pak side are living in a far better condition than those of my uncles and cousins living in Indian Kashmir. We have own Prime Minister and President and government and hold a separate identity as citizens of State of Azad(Free) Jammu and Kashmir. No Pakistan can buy even an inch of land in Kashmir as it is constituted as disputed territory by UN. There is no army in our streets but on the borders. And now indian Kashmir… Indians know better than me.

Now someone said Islamic Terrorism or terrorist:
wait a minute…. I assure you 100% that in Islam there is no room for Terrorism or terrorist. If appeared as a Muslim and supports it let me tell you he is not a Muslim because killing innocent is not a Islamic way of life.
Wars are different….. India won(as indain says) many wars against pakistan so is that an act of Hindu Terrorism or terrorist..NO i am sure most will say that… same with Britain, French, USSR, USA

If you go pre-mapped world you see people fighting to defend their homeland but Islam still prohibits to kill innocent women, children and old people who mean them no harm and who ever do so should repent or shall face the consequences in this world and hereafter.

In modern world How many Muslim countries you see who has invaded other countries ???????????????????? But when they are attacked and they defend them selves they are called terrorists just because their homeland is been attacked and his love ones are killed.

Let me remind you of Great Bhagat Singh who raised the voice against the british rulers and was declared as a Terrorist by the British PPL but was seen a great legend by the Indians and freedom fighters.

Everyone has a right to say what they say but should no forget what they will do under the circumstances that people are experiences.

Whoever made this article, please get your facts right because Pakistan has about 90-110 Nuclear Missiles and according to the former president Pervez Musharraf, about 50-70 more that haven’t been declared.

Don’t believe me, go read it on Wikipedia.

An appeal to Pakistan. You should not be competing with India. India is a different country from Pakistan. India is a strong Democratic Secular Nation. India is far advanced in its Agriculture, Economic Growth, Health, Education & Science and Cultural area. This was achieved by years of planning and dedication and stable form of Democracy. A country can not progress simply on emotions. Pakistan should stop living in emotions. How long can they survive just by taking advantage of Kashmir issue and anti India feeling among its people. Once Pakistan realizes and start living in the realities that nation will survive and progress. For this first they have to concentrate more on keeping up and protecting their democracy. They should start concentrating more on education, health, agriculture and economic development instead of the Kashmir issue and competing with India. They have a lot to learn from India and progress. focus more on peace and development and stable democracy. Whatever Pakistan think of India and Indians, India have become a real power and the world hast started to accept this reality. How long can you keep a blind eye on these realities? So think of a stable and powerful democracy that is driven by will for peace and progress.

M. Robinson, u need to learn more abt India. India has so many problems but British are majorily responsible for it. There are some superstitions in India, no doubt, but we are fighting with it and one day, we will hv some change. British r majorily responsible for division of India and Pakistan and problems in India and Pakistan. Even, British and Americans are using Pakistan. U said, after Independence, India got help fromn UK and USSR. Hw much help has UK done for us, India know very well. British are just selfish and they steal the wealth of India and Pakistan. Pakistan got so much help from USA and it is much abpve than India got from USSR. The China also at the same place who does nt have control on their power. China just know, if they hv got wealth, just push India and try to capture India land like the british did. UK and USA are responsible for terrorism in world. They used the muslims for their own purpose and after use, just left them. It is the bloody America who used Nuclear bomb on Japan, not India. USA and UK are majorily responsible for GLobal warming, and now China also. Not India and Pakistan on which UK, USA and other developed nations are putting pressure. U western world suck actually if see at ground level. India and Pakistan are actually good by heart but USA and UK are majorily responsible for bringing this situation between us.

In my opinion the main cause of the conflict the two nuclear neighbors’ is the unresolved UN pending issue of Kashmir. If the issue of Kashmir is resolved then there will be no cause for conflict between the nations.

Sadly where European countries are removing their borders and becoming much more integrated the Indians erecting massive border fencing to make sure that they continue to divide the Kashmiri families.

Remember where developed nations seek a solution for every problem, you people talk about the problems forever. Please do not blame us for a mistake we committed over 60 years ago and quite honestly your leaders had 60 years to put them right.

If your leaders have courage or convictions then the way forward for an ever lasting solution is to allow the UN to hold a free and open referendum offering Kashmiri people living in bath parts of Kashmir an opportunity to have their say about their own future.
