Even last week our defence minister went to Arunachal Pradesh and China can't digest and started issueing useless statements against it... As usual our government put those statements at the right place (dustbin).. And there is no need for you to teach what India or other country has to do... Its also a strain on the Russian economy, if the arms race starts again USA is better poised to prevail due to still evolving, fragile Russian economy.
