So what the US was doing is bombing an old ally, Saddam, which in turn led to the attack from the so-called terrorist. America wouldn't dare mess with Russia or China because messing with them will not yield a happy ending for the Americans. And of course, in that case the PR department won't be able to make any failures victories. @shishir
